Meet Cesilia Ochoa - The Creative Behind Illuxe creative co.
Cesilia Ochoa is at her happiest when she's creating. Her passions range from photography, content creation, painting, music & singing, to balloon decor—each one a unique outlet for her creativity. What began with custom balloon designs through Illuxe Balloon Decor grew into Illuxe Creative Co., a business created as an extension of her artistic vision to encompass a wider range of creative projects. Cesilia thrives on blending her talents to bring ideas to life. Whether she's capturing soulful portraits of loved ones and fellow creatives, designing vibrant balloon displays, or crafting content that inspires, she's driven by the joy of helping others reach their goals. Her creative journey includes interning with legendary photographer Mike Miller, performing with the Don Mariachi of Santa Ana College, and donating original paintings to the Chuck Jones Red Dot Charity Art Auction. Every project she takes on is fueled by heart, imagination, and a deep love for the arts. When she's not creating, Cesilia loves spending time with her family—they're the most important part of her life.
